I have always wanted to take a few good pictures of fireworks and while this one is far from perfect, it's still the best one I've taken. We were lucky our hotel had a fabulous view of Darling Harbour and the cityscape is gorgeous in the night, not to mention when there are fireworks on!
Taken through a 9th floor hotel room window in the middle of winter in Sydney, one of my favourite cities yet.
It has come clear and bright. Nice. I have always heard fireworks photography is very challenging.
